  1. We cannot possibly stock every item available to us, but we will be adding the most popular items ordered to our inventory.
  2. If the items you are looking for are not available on our website, please complete the above form, and send us your Quote Request.
  3. Within 24 hours, we will do our best to respond by E-Mail with our Quote, which is good for 30 days.
  4. If you decide to purchase, follow the instructions provided in your E-Mail Quote.
  5. Unfortunately, drop shipping directly to you from our supplier is not yet available to us; your special order will be shipped to us first, before we can send it to you.
  6. We offer the following shipping options:
    • OPTION 1 (Order Pick Up): Estimated delivery within 3 weeks to our location in Sun City West, AZ. Upon arrival, we will make arrangements for you to pick up your order. (No shipping charge.)
    • OPTION 2 (Order Delivered): Estimated delivery within 4 weeks. We will send you an E-Mail with the tracking # when shipped. (Shipping calculated at checkout.)
